Currently, conversational intents beyond discussions are only supported for American English.
In Audienti, conversational intent types are one of the tools we use to drill down on the stream to find the perfect prospects.
At the highest level, the entire stream is full of “discussions.” Every mention is part of this discussion.
In addition to discussions, Audienti supports the following conversational intent types:
- Applying or Registering (applying_registering) – expressing that they are signing up for something
- Asking for Price (asking_for_price) - expressing questions around the pricing of something
- Asking Question (asking_question) – asking questions about something
- Budgeting or Saving (budgeting_or_saving) – discussing financial planning or saving money
- Buying (buying) – stating that they are buying or have recently purchased
- Comments Available (comments_available) – Indicates looking for comments
- Comparison Shopping (comparison_shopping) – comparing different products or services
- Complaining (complaining) – Complaining about something
- Contact Request (contact_request) – Requesting contact (often reporters or journalists)
- Coupon Submit (coupon_submit) – Offers place to submit a coupon
- Exploring Options (exploring_options) – considering different choices or possibilities
- Expressing Interest (expressing_interest) – showing curiosity or desire for something
- Expressing Need (expressing_need) – stating a requirement or necessity
- Frustration or Worry (frustration_or_worry) – Expressing frustration or worry
- Help Requested (help_requested) – Asking for help or advice
- Hiring (hiring) – Discussing looking for candidates for a job posting
